At the heart of all these devices is a common idea. The listed devices are simply tools for implementing this idea. The trick is that the idea has levels. Each new level of development of an idea is a step of an idea towards perfection, towards an absolute. Accordingly, so that the burnout of employees does not occur, they should be constantly aimed not at the realization of the idea, but at bringing it to perfection.

The topic of employee burnout is relevant for many businesses, because many businesses were originally built not to bring the idea to perfection, but simply to implement it. The realization of the idea comes quickly, and therefore the burnout also comes quickly. As soon as the idea is realized, the business ends and the burnout of both the business and the employees begins.

The trick is that as soon as you reach one level of development of an idea, a new level is opened. This is repeated again and again, tens and hundreds of times and it is really cool. A business built on such grounds is an eternal business, because the pursuit of excellence is the eternal engine for eternal business.
